O Sebrae GRS atua no Sul do estado de Santa Catarina, e promove a competitividade e o desenvolvimento sustentável de MEIs e pequenos negócios, estimulando o empreendedorismo nessa importante região de Santa Catarina.

Com o intuito de aprimorar o desempenho da equipe GRS Sebrae a consultora @annamazuco Coach do grupo, nos contratou para aplicarmos um Treinamento Comportamental ao Ar Livro no estilo Team Building.

O Treinamento empresarial foi elaborado conforme as demandas, “objetivos comportamentais” pré determinados, e aplicado no Refúgio Ecológico Pedra Afiada, que fica em Praia Grande, SC (Pousada, restaurante e Parque ecológico.)

Desenvolvemos várias atividades dentro do nosso programa de Raly a Pé, os participantes tiveram que lidar com comportamentos análogos aos enfrentados no dia a dia com os desafios cotidianos de uma equipe de alta performance.

Foi extremamente gratificante para nós que pudemos presenciar e fazer parte da transformação dessas pessoas.
